• My 3yr old currently attends Golden Step Preschool and our 2yr old will be joining in February 2023. We are so impressed with how thoughtful Nana is with her program. From learning to activities, Blake is always consumed with interesting and fun things to do. With joining just over a year ago, we can't believe the development we have seen within Blake. Her social skills, learning to count, colors, songs... the list goes on and we are thrilled to be a part of the Golden Step family. She gets lots of attention from Nana and everyday, can't wait to go back to see her friends. We feel very comfortable knowing she is in such great and caring hands.

• My husband and I cannot recommend Golden Step Childcare and Preschool highly enough! Our son started with Golden Step and Nahid (Nana) when he was 6 months old and he’s now almost 2. As a baby, he was nurtured and cared for with the kind of attention you would give to your own child. Nahid was attentive to his needs and worked closely with us as first time parents on milestones like starting solids, crawling, and eventually, walking. Even with the onset of Covid-19, we never worried about Devin’s safety and security as he’s grown from an infant to a happy, talkative toddler who is always excited to go see his friends at Nana’s. Now, at 22 months, Devin is learning about colors, shapes, and the alphabet at Golden Step, as well as eating delicious food every day and having a wonderful time playing outside in Nahid’s incredible backyard. We still love to get pictures of his time with Nana and all his friends, and we truly feel like Nana is part of our extended family and are so grateful to have had her as Devin’s daycare provider. Her love and care for our child is so deeply appreciated. If any interested parents would like to speak with us directly about our experience, we’d be more than happy to do so!

• My wife and I feel very fortunate that our 3 children are at Golden Step Childcare & Preschool in the care of Nahid and highly recommend her services to parents considering a daycare provider in the Concord area. We moved to the Concord area in June of 2020 and visited several daycare providers before deciding that Golden Step is the right place for us. It's proven to be a great decision! Nahid is an accomplished daycare provider, with an advanced  degree in early childhood education, a proven  track record of providing excellent care, and an immeasurable level of devotion to those in her care. She provides nutritious home cooked meals to the children daily, and our 3 year old son always comes home well fed from "Chez Nana's". Her daycare is clean and equipped with  a diverse assortment  of modern toys for children to enjoy, indoors and outdoors. She sends weekly photo updates of the children during play and activity times, and in the photos we see pure joy in our  children's faces. We have two infants at Nahid's and feel blessed that they are being cared for in an attentive and nurturing manner. It's all smiles from our 3 children when we drop them off and pick them up,  we know they are truly happy to be at Golden Step! Nahid does an excellent job in navigating the difficulties of childcare during COVID-19, and has given our family an overwhelming sense of relief that her facility is safe and secure. We feel like we won the childcare lottery with Nahid  and Golden Step and highly recommend to parents seeking an fantastic safe place for their children.

• We are so happy that we found Golden Step Childcare and Preschool. We relocated to the area and found this gem of a place in our neighborhood. In the midst of the pandemic, moving to a new community made it very challenging to find someone that we trusted to care for our two young children (ages 2 and 4 years). Nana and her daycare were the absolute perfect fit. She has exceeded our expectations with how well she cares for our children. She provides age-appropriate structure to the day, with circle time, outside play time, nap, and art / music time. Nana also provides a full breakfast, lunch, and snack which both kids love to eat; finding nutritious foods that young children continually look forward to eating every day is incredible . In addition to the regular daily activities, nana introduces the children to every holiday through festive decorations and Activities. From having spirit dress days ( all green, rainbow, pajama, etc). All week for St.Patrick's Day to Santa coming to visit for Christmas, Nana goes all out to celebrate and create a sweet community of friends for the kids. Without a doubt, Golden Step Childcare and Preschool is a wonderful facility filled with love.

• I don't know where should I start!! Golden Step childcare is absolutely amazing! This childcare looks more like a Montessori or center... Nahid (Nana) and her helpers are so loving and they genuinely care about each child's personality, comfort and safety. They are really great at communicating everything from the menus, activity, "curriculum," and developmental play activities. My daughter loves her teacher Nahid (Nana), and always looks forward to going every morning. She always send videos and pictures of my daughter doing activities and having fun, and those videos always make our heart malted. When I drop or pick up my daughter it always makes me hungry because Nana's food smell is so good and you can smell it from outside. I HIGHLY recommend our Second Home (Golden Step childcare) to any parent considering quality, loving, and creative childcare! I'm very happy and thankful that we find her!

• I absolutely love this childcare. Nana is more than a daycare provider for my daughter, she's more like family. When I first came to her home (which is absolutely beautiful, clean, safe and most importantly comfy) I knew this is where I wanted my daughter to be. At the Golden Step Childcare I have seen Brooklyn growing in all areas. Her speech is improving and she has been vocal about knowing new words. Nana has been so helpful with my transition from being a part time mom to a full time mom. Her hours of operation are great, her location is perfect and the quality of her daycare is better than I have ever seen. I'm so happy that we have found a wonderful place for my daughter to grow! This is by far the best place to bring your children. The most important feeling is to be confident about where your children are, and how they are being cared for and here at the Golden Step Childcare, you have that since of ease knowing how much nana cares for her children. I promise you will not be disappointed.

• We are so lucky to have found Golden Step Childcare!  Our son has been going to Golden Step since he was 7 months old, and is now 14 months!  He loves going in each day, and always has a smile on his face upon pick-up.  Nahid (Nana) is responsive, and sends photo updates of daily activities.  She always plans fun celebrations for holidays and birthdays!  Meals are thoughtfully prepared, and she shares recipes and tips (sometimes even leftovers!) for meals at home!  We feel comfortable knowing that our son is in a safe and home-like environment.  We are also thankful that Nahid is providing opportunities for learning and exploration, experiences that are guiding our son's development.  We would highly recommend Golden Step Childcare!

• This is the best place I could find for my daughter. Recently I needed to extend my business trip for two more weeks and had no arrangement for my daughter during the day. Luckily I found Golden Step Childcare with available spot... Nahid is so sweet!! She welcome us with her lovely smile and made sure Danielle is comfortable all day long!! • Finding a daycare was specifically hard for me and my husband. We're from Brazil and using daycare facilities are not common. We don't have friends that live close to us so we had to trust our instincts to find a daycare close to our home. Since the first day we visited her house, Nahid was always caring, smart and showed she had a lot of experience with babies. We trusted her our 3 month old and only child and we couldn't be happier. Alice loves being in her home care, and me and my husband are so greatful to have found her. She is always responsive when we need updates from our baby and whenever I get to leave her or pick her up she gives a huge smile when she sees Nahid. It only shows how loving and caring she has been to our daughter.

• I cant explain how happy I am with finding Golden Step! Nahid (the owner) is magical with our daughter and our daughter loves it there!   - Safety - Nahid takes COVID very seriously (thank God). Our daughter has never gotten sick from this daycare. She got sick every other week at her previous day care.   - Education - Our daughter has learned so much in the short time she has been attending Golden Step. A very noticeable improvement in language, counting, colors, art and physical development.   - Fun - We wondered if our daughter would be missing out on the bigger events going from a larger daycare center to an at-home facility. That is certainly not the case. Golden Step pulls out all the stops for holidays. They had Santa visit, costume party for Halloween, fall leave collection for the change of seasons. You name it and they do it! The facility is fully decked out with educational toys in-doors and physical activity sets in their back-yard. It's a children's wonderland!   - Nutrition - They provide fresh, home cooked meals for breakfast and lunch (as well as snacks) with high quality ingredients. Also, since this is a smaller day-care, the food isn't made in bulk but has the home-cooking vibe. You wont get this anywhere else! Our daughter can be a picky eater at home but somehow, Nahid gets her to eat all her food!   - Owner - Nahid is a caring and compassionate woman. She really cares about our daughter and gives parental advice based on what she sees. She is never pushy, but helpful in her assessment of our daughter's behavior. Respectful and honest, that is all anyone can ask for.  Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Golden Step. Nahid is not just a care provider, she genuinely cares for each one of her children. You can see it in the effort she puts in to ensure the children are safe, happy and learning. She makes herself available for discussion and really wants each of the kids to excel.
